lower-case and capital letters are always identified by name - as is expected of
good readers and spellers.

natural links between the forty-four speech-sounds and their spelling-choices.

There is no need for any
changeover teaching, from artificial letter-sounds to natural phonemes and
graphemes.

whole-picture class charts.
7: Observable Standards

All of the outcomes are assessed
by tests with observable standards of achievement.
