THRASS GOES LIVE!
WEDNESDAY, 7 JUNE 2006

Welcome back to THRASS GOES LIVE! and the next stage of our exciting journey from MPUMALANGA to MILTON KEYNES.

Follow our journey by tuning in to our regular videostreams from locations in South Africa and the UK. See how quickly children learn as they use THRASS and see how impressed the party of educators from the UK, Ghana and South Africa are.

On Day 3 of the educators’ visit we are again back at Impala school but with a different class where the educators have decided to give the more able children a bit more attention in order to enable them to help their less able peers. These children are really amazing even when working with words that they didn’t know.

At Phakama school we see the children playing a very lively game with THRASS picture cards and again it is the children’s enthusiasm, friendliness and total support for each other that impresses the educators.

And finally we pay a brief visit to Spoelklippies school where the children speak very little English and where they are absolutely delighted as they are invited to watch themselves on a video taken on the previous occasion that the THRASS team visited the school.
