Can THRASS be used with learners that have little or no English?

THRASS has been used successfully, worldwide, with learners that have no English. Use the advice (and recommended resources) in TEACHING THRASS (T-50) to teach non-English speakers the 'THRASS 10' stages:

T1. Picture Location: teach your learners to locate and name the outline pictures.
T2. Letter Location: teach your learners to locate and name the letters.
T3. Letter Formation: teach your learners to name and correctly form the letters.

T5. Keyword Location: teach your learners to locate and name the keywords.
T6. Phoneme Location: teach your learners to locate and articulate the phonemes.
T7. Keyword Synthesis: teach your learners to blend, read and spell the keywords.
T8. Keygrapheme Recall: teach your learners to visualise and spell the keygraphemes.
T9. Keyword Analysis: teach your learners to read, spell and analyse the keywords.
