Download the pdf
file and then print the four pages on an A3 sheet so that it can then be
folded to make a book. Your children can then fill-in or tick the boxes
to record which songs they can sing, with the vocal and instrumental
soundtracks, and also read using the book (possibly by putting an index
finger under each word before saying the word). Ideally, they should
also be able to pronounce the phoneme (speech sound) for the song and
then name the keygraphemes in it.
V = I can sing all the words using the vocal
soundtrack
I = I can sing all the words using the
instrumental soundtrack
R = I can read all the words using the
Book/Interactive Book
PK = I can say the phoneme and, from memory,
name the keygraphemes in sequential order
V and I may be performed using the CD or
Interactive Book
