BOOKS, CARDS, THRASSBOARD, AUDIO TAPES, AUDIO CDs, VIDEOTAPES, DVDs AND COMPUTER
SOFTWARE (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, AS IS THE CASE WITH THE THRASS PROFILECARD
AND PRINTED CALENDAR CHARTS) WITHOUT THE PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION OF THE
PUBLISHER.
Copyright is vested in the purchaser of a THRASS product.
Permission is given by
the Copyright Holders for the purchaser to photocopy pages from the two THRASS
products mentioned below in accordance with the following guidelines.
Permission is granted only to the purchaser for black or one colour photocopying
in non-commercial quantities for use exclusively within a school (where the
school is the purchaser), classroom (where an individual teacher is the
purchaser) or home (where a parent is the purchaser). The making of copies for
use by others or copying from loaned originals or copies is prohibited (except
for the LETTER FORMATION INSTRUCTION SHEET, Handwriting Section, Resource File,
T-01, whereby copies of this sheet may be sent home to notify parents how the
lower-case and capital letters are formed).
Note that if a school is the purchaser, copying may be for all classes in the
school. If an individual teacher is the purchaser, they may only copy for the
needs of their individual class/es (because copyright is only vested in the
purchaser of a THRASS product). Where a parent is the purchaser, they may only
copy for the needs of their own children.

T-01, THRASS RESOURCE FILE
Permission is absolutely not given for photocopying any pages from the Teacher's
Manual. The Raps and Sequences Tape and the Raps and Sequences CD are strictly non-reproducible
products.
All pages in the Charts, Handwriting, Reading, Spelling and Assessment sections
of the file may be photocopied.
Permission is absolutely not given for photocopying of sizes other than A4,
except for the six THRASS PICTURE SHEETS, in the Charts Section of the file,
which may also be at size A3. These six sheets may be cut up to provide support
activities, as described on pages 44-45 of the Teacher's Manual.
The THRASS OVERWRITE CHART (T-06) equivalent may be recreated by photocopying
the LETTER FORMATION INSTRUCTION SHEET (Handwriting Section p5) and the COMBINED
SAY, NAME AND OVERWRITE SHEET (Reading Section p52), in black or one colour.
Permission is absolutely not given for any size other than A4.
APART FROM THE ABOVE, NO PERMISSION IS GIVEN FOR RECREATING ANY THRASS PRODUCTS
BY CUTTING AND PASTING TOGETHER ANY OF THE PHOTOCOPIABLE OR NON-PHOTOCOPIABLE
PAGES FROM ANY THRASS PRODUCTS.
UNLAWFUL TO SCAN OR ELECTRONICALLY STORE ON ANY ELECTRONIC RETRIEVAL SYSTEM
No permission is granted to modify or reconstruct electronically any THRASS
products, including those that are photocopiable. No THRASS products (including
the THRASS pictures and graphics) may be scanned into, stored on, or transmitted
from any electronic retrieval system without permission.
LEGAL ACTION
Please notify us of any instance in which you think that unlawful copying or
electronic storage of THRASS materials has taken place. If unlawful copying or
electronic storage has taken place, legal action will be taken against the
individual and/or institution.

The word THRASS is a Registered Trade Mark in many countries worldwide. It is an
infringement to use the mark (or a similar mark) on goods and services for which
the mark is registered, without the permission of the Licensor. Basically,
THRASS is a badge of origin, used so that customers can recognise our products
and or services (especially our approved training courses for teachers and
related professionals). It is unlawful to use the THRASS Trade Mark to secure
business (e.g. advertisements for products or training) without permission of
the Licensor.
