Very useful! Informative and interesting. Great ideas to use in class.

I have really enjoyed the THRASS course and have found it really interesting. Why doesn’t every school use THRASS? Hilary was brilliant and now I have lots of great ideas to use in my classroom!

A really interesting and informative course. I’ve learnt a lot and it has really challenged me in how I teach phonics and I now feel prepared to use the THRASS course in my school. All of our questions were answered brilliantly by Hilary in a clear way.

Very useful – particularly at the beginning of the school year, as it developed/enhanced my knowledge of phonics and THRASS.

Enjoyable two day course! I particularly liked all the practical activities which I can use back in the classroom. It was good to actually experience playing the games as, hopefully, I will remember what to do! I think THRASS is great as it can be used for reading, spelling and writing and this was clearly explained by Hilary.

A great opportunity to closely analyse the English language. We have a challenging task to be as clear in THRASS’s guidance as Hilary – but we’ll do our best. Thank you for a very stimulating and enjoyable couple of days.

Informative and logical. Developed my own understanding language, and taught me to be more analytical.

Really useful. As a Teaching Assistant I spend a lot of time doing spelling, reading and handwriting with lower ability children and will be able to use THRASS to support all these activities. The games were particularly useful as I often do 1:1 work and can incorporate these into that quality time.
