Very interesting and well presented. Ive been
waiting for a comprehensive reading and spelling approach and this seems to fit
the bill! Im looking forward to using it.
I found the course very interesting. The presentation was excellent very
smooth and motivating. I am keen to try this in school and work through the
stages it will need adaptation for our students who have C.P. re. Access
physical/visual. The website sounds great!
Wonderful one of the best training days ever! Love the logic feels right
should have always been like this in schools. Will be limited in what can be
used with my special needs group but plenty that can be done. Thankyou.
Excellent presenting. Very interesting topic. Phoneme Machine sounds fantastic,
cant wait to start using it. All the resources seem easy to use and I like the
idea that there are lots of different ways of using them. Excellent overall.
Thought provoking information. Appreciated examples of practical activities.
Phoneme Machine looks fantastic!
An exciting way to teach. Fantastic resources adaptable. Brilliant training
thankyou Hilary.
I enjoyed the course and I am very interested in this approach and how I can
adapt it for my class of KS1 children. I would like to know more about using it
with children with a visual impairment who would find it difficult to see the
picture charts and who have huge problems with spacial awareness. I would like
to see the demonstrations and learn more how to use it with children with no or
limited speech and AAC users. Thanks.
Excellent course, very informative. Looking forward to getting started.
Very informative and interesting. Resources are varied and look fun to use. I
enjoyed the training very much. Thankyou.
Extremely interesting our challenge is to how to make it appropriate and
accessible to our school.
A very thorough and well thought out course many thanks! I would like to find
out how successfully it has been introduced with deaf children especially
children with additional disabilities and what strategies have been used to
compensate for perhaps a very profound learning loss.
Plenty of food for thought. Well presented with lots of examples of related work
and progress. I work with children who are hearing impaired and who also have
additional needs so need to do more research on how best to introduce this
system and how useful it will be.
A very informative, fun day. Very thought provoking content. Great presentation,
fantastic resources. The day went very quickly. Thankyou.
Resources provided were very helpful will be good to refer to. Lots of
information provided, including revision for phonic knowledge.
An excellent day. Very informative and well presented. Very visual and easy to
follow which will obviously be very beneficial for children.
Very interesting but think for the kids I work with, I would adapt it very much.
Great presentation and use of resources.
Colourful presentation, well presented with useful information.
Very interesting day and useful information. Clear presentation and use of
equipment.
Practical activities were good. Liked the songs. Presented in an interesting
way.
Found it very interesting but not sure how I would use it without strong lead
from class teacher and SALT.
Very interesting course. Particularly like a phonetic based Phoneme Machine.
Also, with approach that is focussing learning on phoneme and graphemes. I work
with non-speaking students who communicate with voice output communication aids.
Listening is still difficult for them to acquire they cannot sound out, speak,
write for synthesise sounds and words! Could your Phoneme Machine be adapted for
switch access? (single switch).
Training material very good. Excellent Hilary/clear. Resources very good. Very
good presentation. Liked rap, music learning by rote. Adapting to children in
our school need to discuss.
Very interesting and well presented. Lots and lots to take in need time to
work out how to use with the children.
Loved the resources. Friendly/lively and informative. A lot to take in in one
day.
A very informative day. Lots of relevant detail/information for children in
speech and language classes. Presented in an interesting and enjoyable way.
Thankyou.
