Wow! What can I say, It was a great experience. I am really fortunate to have been exposed to this THRASS program! I really enjoyed this session and will really share it with the learners when I teach in the future! 

This workshop rocked! Both two days was fun and happy but most of all I was able to learn the words and remember the graphemes! Thank you THRASS for bringing fun into education. Janine you inspired me to be more child like. You were awesome! 

This was wonderful! I really enjoyed myself very much. The most important thing that I learned so much is that I understand THRASS better now! If I could go to class now I could have an impact in my learners as I am well equipped in terms of THRASS!

Janine’s Sing-a-Long is sheer poetry! I can’t remember the last time that spelling was so much fun! It was a absolute blast and I know that my learners will have as much fun as we did with each unique and simultaneously educational song! I really feel that the combination of this song and dance related to the THRASS picturechart could allow children to learn a lot while having fun and finding it interesting at the same time! The songs also promote reading and allow for extensive integration of learning areas including the pictures inside the book. It is friendly for children and would be an asset in any classroom. The presenter is very enthusiastic! 

Janine you are awesome, Thank you for investing your time into the lives of little ones by creative teaching! I thoroughly enjoyed the workshop. It has inspired me into becoming a lively and fun teacher at all times! 

Now this I call entertainment! I enjoyed myself but also learned a lot and for that I am thankful and grateful! This is a wonderful programme; this will enable us future teachers better for our own future! What is important is that the kids gain the most! 

This was the most exciting part of the THRASS training. The interaction was excellent; it got us involved from the very beginning. The presenter was brilliant. This course was not only fun but very informative and helped us put together everything we learned in the training.

Great fun. Learnt many new ideas of how to get learners involved and enthusiastic about learning the fundamentals of English! There are some very basic songs that I would think twice about using in the ISP phase but in all a great variety for all the years! Thank you it was great.

The workshop was so interesting and I have learned a lot from it! It provided skills that I can use when teaching, if this programme may continue more than a month we can learn more because there is a lot of this that I think we can learn but because of time we did not learn, more time! 

I loved this! I don’t know if a lot of this stuff is ‘cool’ enough for grade 7’s, but definitely for grade 4’s and 5’s and below! Thank you for some good ideas and some wonderful resources that we can use! It was also really great to see such enthusiasm in the presentation and the group! 

Very refreshing and fun! I really enjoyed this part a lot more than the other part! The way it was presented and the person gave you the energy and confidence to want to participate. I will certainly and definitely do this in my class and hopefully I will be just as good as Janine!
