A fantastic
session full of fun and laughter. Janine explained the songs and dances well,
getting us all moving in a relaxed and encouraging way. Everybody was involved,
their efforts recognised and celebrated. The sing-a-long is a great addition to
the THRASS programme and brings an added dimension to the teaching. I’m sure it
will be a great success with the children and they will enjoy it.

Thank you for
a wonderfully inspiring day – an excellent introduction to THRASS. So refreshing
to attend a great course, when you don’t have to get into a small group to
‘discuss’ stuff.
A very
enjoyable day! Good pace and balance of doing and listening. Wonderful to have
an opportunity to experience what we will expect the children to do. Very easy
to see how it can be used to enhance lots of areas of the curriculum. Such an

ideas! I may have to remove all chairs and tables from my room ready to go
through all the songs! Today was so much fun and I’m really looking forward to
sharing the fun with my class.
An excellent,
practical day, filled with plenty of laughs and useful rehearsal to prepare us
for performing in front of the children! Janine’s vibrant personality ensured
the day flew by and I’m sure the children will enjoy the routines as much as we
did.
A really good
and action packed day – we didn’t stop and it never got boring. I will start
dancing and singing tomorrow!
I haven’t had
so much fun for ages! A beautifully presented course with an exceptionally
talented presenter. I enjoyed thinking of ways that I can use these resources
both at school and at home with my young children. My only comment of slight
concern would be that there was a lot of references to a concert/show and I
would have liked more ideas of ways to perform these songs with a class of 30 in
a confined space!
Thoroughly
enjoyed the day! It was good to be able to participate all day and this helped
to learn more actively about THRASS. Thank you very much to such an enthusiastic

workshop. Janine is brilliant.
Janine-
fantastic presenter, can’t believe her enthusiasm and ability with dancing,
acting and music. Resources are wonderful. So much can be done with it but hope
DVD will be such that children and teachers can learn together or teachers will
have to spend all their free time practising – not welcome! I suggest that one
or two activities for use with class after (or before) learning the songs could
be included with each phoneme. Overall a wonderful, fun filled, informative
day.
Janine was
brilliant, a true inspiration! I will certainly feel more confident when using
THRASS with the children. Thank you so much and you are so right I have face
ache with smiling so much.
Enjoyable,
inspiring session. As well as whole class activities, I should be able to use
many of the songs with my small group work e.g. self-esteem group.
