THRASS was first published as the SIMPLE STEPS PACK - 'A
simple guide to speaking, spelling, writing and reading'.
It was created & designed by Alan Davies and published by Writetrack, Chester, England, in 1989 and revised in 1990.
This section shows the development of the resources from the Simple Steps Pack
in 1989 to the THRASS Special Needs Pack in 1996. The section is for those
interested in product development and/or educational publishing - and also those
wanting to know more about some of the thinking and issues behind the THRASS
initiative.
The
present-day resources have been published at various dates since 1998 - with the
most recent resources, in the UK, being the book 15 Minutes a Day (T-60)
and the Phoneme Machine computer software (T-62 for PC, T-63 for Mac).
