Work with your group to practise reading, spelling, writing and word analogy skills by focusing on words that have the same: phoneme e.g. fish, coffee, dolphin; blend/cluster e.g. snail, sneeze, snow; grapheme e.g. chair, cheese, beach; Grapheme Catch-All e.g. they, grey, prey; rhyme e.g. hair, square, there; rime e.g. cat, sat, mat; phoneme sheet e.g. beach, tree, key; grapheme sheet e.g. ant, baby, tape, snail, tray; blend sheet e.g. star, step, stir, nest, toast.
