A public performance is an infringement of copyright. Performance of the songs at home or before an audience of teachers and pupils/students at an educational establishment is permissible.

Performance of the songs in concerts for parents is also permissible, provided that a royalty is paid in the form of a discretionary donation to a charity and THRASS UK are informed of the amount of the donation and the name of the charity.

The making of a recording by a parent, teacher or other person is an infringement of copyright. Warnings should be given before the start of performances and concerts. If other individuals, groups or organisations wish to perform the songs, a licence must be obtained from ALARY LTD (c/o THRASS UK).
